I’m having an issue with my cyberJack RFID reader after a recent Windows 11 update. The reader was working normally before the update, but now it sometimes stops responding and is no longer recognized until I unplug and reconnect it.
I’ve already tried different USB ports and restarting the computer, but the problem keeps coming back. Has anyone else experienced this, and is there a recommended driver or setting I should check?
I’ve seen similar issues after Windows updates where USB devices become unstable even though they worked fine before. I’d check the installed cyberJack driver/software version first and make sure it’s compatible with the current Windows 11 build. It may also be worth checking Device Manager for any warning on the reader and disabling USB power-saving for that device. az games
